The Conchas Chinas Homeowners Association is dedicated to improve and maintain the residential quality and beauty of the Conchas Chinas community.

CCHA meetings are open to all that live in the colonia.

DIVISION OF COLLABORATION
*This Is What the City of Puerto Vallarta Provides:

Water, sewer, garbage collection, police, fire and electricity for street lights

*This Is What the Association Provides:

Repairing, maintaining and cleaning streets and sidewalks

General maintenance throughout the Colonia

Repairing street lights and wiring

Providing trash cans throughout the Colonia 

Maintaining and replacing street signs

Removing debris, especially after summer rains

Green area maintenance including preservation of native plants

Providing a voice at City Hall to represent the Colonia

CCHA OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Represent the entire community in collaborations with the city of Puerto Vallarta in defining the roles of the city and CCHA
Provide a voice at City Hall to represent the Colonia


Maintain relationships with municipal and public organizations as necessary


Maintain a rapport among the CCHA members as to what actions the CCHA as a whole should take
Provide a forum for the members to make suggestions and comments to the board that encourages participation in a healthy exchange of ideas among all parties
Inspire volunteers to join in on CCHA community projects
